Administrative Affairs Section

It provides for the different needs of the College such as furniture, tools and general services, newspapers, electricity and water services, communications, maintenance, supervision of the security services in the College, and the follow-up of employees attendance.


Responsibilities of Administrative Affairs:  


  • Provide maintenance and transportation services.

  • Provide cleaning services.

  • Provide gardening services.

  • Provide security and safety services.

  • Provide photography and packaging services.

  • Provide a list of catering service companies.

  • Provide a list of essentials and foodstuff companies.

  • Provide departments with office supplies from the college s stores.

  • Provide government services ( i.e. telephone, electricity, water, internet).

  • Provide transportation services for students and staff members.

  • Provide services and essentials for each department upon request.
